Noel Thompson, 22 of the 400 block of Dohner Drive, was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in prison following a negotiated plea agreement in front of Lancaster County Judge Jeffrey Conrad.
On Nov. 15, 2020, Manheim Township police were dispatched to the 400 block of Revere Road for a reported cardiac arrest. A 20-year-old person was later pronounced dead. The cause of death was determined to be an accidental death by acute fentanyl toxicity.
Via text messages and interviews police determined that the deceased individual had purchased pills from Thompson that appeared as Percocet but were laced with fentanyl.
A friend of the deceased, Jade Walmer, also faces charges of drug delivery resulting in death. Walmer’s case is pending.
