Koshary Station, a new halal Egyptian/Middle Eastern restaurant, will be opening its doors Monday in Millersville.
The business is owned and operated by a husband-and-wife duo named Mohamed Ibrahim and Radwa Matar, WHTM reports.
Radwa has been sharing her Egpytian-style cuisine at local farmers’ markets since 2021, including the Manor Market in Millersville.
The menu will feature main dishes, sandwiches, soups, salads, and other sides and desserts.
The restaurant is located at 4 S. Prince Street and will open its doors at 11 a.m. on Feb. 27, offering dine in and carry out options.
